When I coach, I’m looking at the whole system:

You’ll receive a personal video of me walking through your labs and outlining your action plan. It’s the first step I take with every new client because it tells us exactly what’s driving your symptoms - often things you’d never notice without testing.
Nutrition & Supplementation
I’ve spent over a decade studying nutrition through the lens of physiology, not trends. Food timing, protein distribution, micronutrient status, gut health, sleep quality, and recovery cycles all influence your training outcomes - dramatically more than people realize.
Supplements aren’t magic, but the right ones applied to the right problems are life-changing. That’s why the program uses pharmaceutical-grade supplements only when the data warrants it - not because a fitness influencer said so.
Everything I recommend has a purpose tied directly to your markers: energy production, hormonal balance, inflammation control, sleep depth, nutrient repletion, or digestive efficiency.
Why I Believe in Retesting
If data matters, progress must be measurable. Think of you strength training - if you’re not progressively overloading, can you even tell you’re improving? The same is true for functional health: observe, create a plan, retest, see the fruits of your labor.
I encourage retesting because the purpose isn’t to “collect numbers.” The purpose is to see whether the changes you make - sleep, nutrition, supplementation, training - actually improved:
