Regular writing is a daunting challenge. Putting pen to paper forces clarity of thought and requires conceptualizing esoteric ideas. Though difficult, my SubStack is my preferred medium of expression. It is my art, my passion, and my canvas of reflection.

My goal in each article is to offer my coaching experiences in health and fitness. But I often I fail to constrain my thoughts in brevity. This year, my practice is to only include essential writings that produce engaging, but approachable/readable blogs.
