MED Kettlebell Chains
My long-awaited double kettlebell program starts May 31, 2022.
I became obsessed with kettlebell chains in 2017.
My goals are simple: build power, strength, and athleticism. So after suffering from severe overtraining, I reinvented my idea of what proper strength & conditioning can be.
At one point, my self-worth was derived from my physical achievements. But back then, my body was in pain and I was chronically fatigued. I had to re-examine what was working and what was not.
My rebirth came through experimentation: I allowed myself only to engage in two high effort double kettlebell chains per week. Along with ample walking, I knew that less could more.
My precision with double kettlebells became my obsession. The feel of perfecting my movements produced a high like I had never felt before. This is when I knew I had arrived.
Healing my body was not about quantity, it was about quality. Kettlebell chains became the perfect stimulus for me to maintain my muscle mass and improve my confidence.
