Update: Writing a book is a heavy burden to carry. But make no mistake,
The Black Book is coming.
If you’re already a paid subscriber — Base or Elite — it’s yours. No extra cost. No catch. That’s just how we do things here.
This month’s tracks are ready for you. Everything here is built around one core idea: the minimum effective dose (MED) of the right work, done with real intent, compounds into something that actually lasts.
Pick the track that fits your life right now — not the one that looks the most impressive on paper. The one you’ll actually show up for consistently. That’s where results live.
The goal remains the same: build real strength, improve resilience, and create performance that supports your life outside the gym.
Thank you for being part of StrengthAxis.
The Black Book is currently in production. Thank you for your patience.
StrengthAxis Elite
Base members get full access to every programming track we build — and I’m happy to help along the way. But if you’re ready to go deeper, Elite is where that happens.
On the training side, you get a direct line to me — video form analysis, movement optimization, and programming tailored to your body, your equipment, and your life. Beyond training, we look at the internal metrics that drive your external results: bloodwork, nutrition, supplementation, and recovery. Because the work you do in the gym only compounds if everything supporting it is dialed in.
Monthly — $65/month
Quarterly — $150/quarter ($50/month)
Annual — $550/year ($45.83/month) — Save $230 vs. monthly.
The Black Book.
Performance Tracks
Three months in and four distinct tracks — because one size has never fit everyone and it never will.
Each option is built around where you actually are right now — your schedule, your equipment, your current phase. Not where you think you should be.
• MED Performance Track (Kettlebell) - balanced strength, recovery, and consistency through efficient programming
• Dumbbell Track - straightforward strength training with minimal equipment and clear progression
• Variable Resistance Track (Bands) - joint-friendly strength and power development using variable resistance principles
• Advanced Maximal Track (Kettlebell) - higher intensity density work for experienced trainees ready for greater training demands
If you’re unsure where to begin, the START HERE page outlines the recommended path. Elite members can reach out directly and we’ll sort it together.
Pick what fits. Show up consistently. Let the work compound.
