We will not slow down. Come hell or high water, we deliver on our promises, embody hard work, and build our unyielding character. With one month left in 2023, we finish our year with promise and poise. We welcome the end, knowing it’s just the beginning.

December’s StrengthAxis Program Design features the Rite of Passage (revised), alongside the SlingShot (subchains 1 and 2). I’ve also introduced an invention of mine, the Plyo Swing, with Double Kettlebell Dead Stop Swings for efficient starting power.
