These are not concepts or loose templates. They are structured systems—refined through years of coaching and built around the Minimum Effective Dose philosophy—so you can train with clarity, intent, and progression from day one.
Thank you for being part of StrengthAxis.
Performance Tracks
As StrengthAxis continues to grow, we’re offering more structured pathways so you can choose the style and intensity of training that best supports your current phase, schedule, and performance goals.
This month includes four distinct options:
• MED Performance Track (Kettlebell)— a balanced approach to building strength, consistency, and recovery capacity
• Dumbbell Track (Brand New) — accessible strength training with minimal equipment and clear progression
• Variable Resistance Track (Bands) — band-based programming designed to support joint-friendly strength and power development
• Advanced Maximal Track (Kettlebell) — higher intensity density work for experienced trainees ready for greater training demands
Base and Elite StrengthAxis Subscribers can access their downloadable PDFs here
If you’re unsure where to begin, the START HERE page outlines the recommended path. Elite members can also reach out for guidance on selecting the most appropriate track.

Personal Updates
Diana and I have been fully focused on building StrengthAxis, and honestly, it feels like a dream come true. Over the past few weeks I’ve been on a lot of calls and emails with many of you — refining training plans, discussing recovery strategies, and helping you move forward with clarity and confidence. This is the work I care most about. Seeing real progress in your strength, health, and overall life direction continues to fuel my own motivation.
Alongside coaching my in-person athletes, I’m also preparing for several upcoming hiking and rucking challenges in the months ahead. My training has been centered around Harambe System (JohnParkerBallistic for 10% off) and kettlebell ballistic work through the Kettlebell AXE protocols. The combination has been incredibly effective for building work capacity, leg strength, and resilience without excessive joint stress — exactly the type of preparation I believe busy athletes need.
Outside of training and coaching, life feels balanced. Diana and I have been enjoying getting back into regular pickleball sessions together, which has been a great reminder that performance and longevity should always support a life that feels full and enjoyable.
