Hey John - do you plan on introducing a bodyweight track to your monthly programming? Does your bodyweight programming exist anywhere else for purchase?

Thanks for the response! I would definitely be interested in a progressive bodyweight track. I myself have moved from 90%+ kettlebells the last few years to largely bodyweight with a few weighted carries in the mix. I’ve struggled to find options for genuinely good, progressive bodyweight programming out there (though maybe your articles have what I’m looking for), and I think very highly of your knowledge and programming philosophy. All this to say your consideration on adding Bodyweight as a track is appreciated!

In the meantime though, I will definitely check out the articles on Bodyweight+ and explore the programming in those.

Sounds great, brother, let me put some thought into this, because bodyweight training can go the routes of standard and timeless movements, or the route of hard-core calisthenics. My goal would be to bridge the gap.

Great point. Sounds extremely interesting. If you decide to offer it, I’m very excited to see it and test it out!

Hi Chris, thank you for the comment. Would that be interesting for you? I’m happy to consider it. I currently have bodyweight exercises in my articles and on my YouTube, but I have not published a full body weight training plan. The articles on bodyweight plus have programming for bodyweight specifically.
