It is tough to say. I wish the dumbbells went to 120lbs for dumbbell bench but that seems unreasonable for the size and price of the NuoBells.
80lbs is sufficient for me even though I could press more. So for you, a heavier dumbbell might be appropriate for a few exercises, but I wouldn’t want to buy the PowerBlocks bc of their huge size.
I think the NuoBells are still the best choice for overall functionality and aesthetics.
No cons, all pros. They’re sleek and sexy and by far the best adjustable dumbbells on the market. I only use them occasionally but program my girlfriends training almost entirely with kettlebells and NuoBells.
